You are invited to join us for the FIRST ANNUAL FREEDOM RIDE.  Organizersplan for the Freedom Ride to become an annual signature event and attraction both for the participants and the 175,000+who attend the event annually.

The Greenville Hospital System Freedom Weekend Aloft haspartnered with the Palmetto Peloton Project's Challenge to Conquer Cancer (P3C3) and Go-GreenEvents in the planning, management and on-site execution of these events soparticipants are insured top notch and first class events.

Many associate theUpstate’s highest flying Memorial Day celebration with dramatic hot air balloonascensions, non-stop concerts, family and children’s entertainment, nationaldisc dog competitions, baseball tournaments, great food and so much more. 

Since partnering with the Greenville Hospital System in 2008organizers have added more and more events each year that focus and promotefun, active and healthy lifestyles.

The event is held over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend andcyclists of all skill levels are welcomed and encouragedto participate. The Cycling route will start and finish within the event grounds while also taking cyclists on an amazing journey through Southern Greenville County.  We invite cyclists and their families to enjoy the Ride VIP area in the back of the amphitheater post ride and throughout the day on Sunday.

In the spirit of Memorial Day …cyclists will beparticipating to “Celebrate …Honor …In Remembrance Of”….those men and women whohave served our country in past years or who may currently be serving.  If you have a grandparent, great grandparent,husband, wife, friend, neighbor, co-worker, brother, sister, Mom, Dad … we wantto make this event an event where we honor their service and sacrifice onbehalf of  all of us!  We want to share your stories and celebrateall these GREAT AMERICANS!

The Freedom Ride will donate allproceeds to the Palmetto Peloton Project's Challenge to Conquer Cancer (P3C3) and also to additional deserving GreenvilleHospital System programs and initiatives.
