Freedom Weekend Aloft is excited to announce the inaugural year of The Blue Sky Bistro which will insure that the tens of thousands attending this annual Memorial Day event enjoy an unsurpassed experience when enjoying a diverse menu at the upcoming and future events.  Organizers plan to offer a diverse menu with an attention to the quality and preparation of all menu items, the presentation, the value offered and virtually every aspect of the food program.

BI-LO, Freedom Weekend, Catering and Event Planning Businesses have been contracted with to insure that this area has the intensity of focus and professional staffing and management to insure success.  A new concept that was a result of last year’s BI-LO Grill Off and showcasing of BI-LO vendors on Memorial Day.

This new and exciting direction is also a result of The Greenville Hospital System’s focus on quality and healthy food options on site.

The opportunities are overwhelming as the menu takes shape with the all time favorite…hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, deli sandwiches, BBQ, ribs, pizza, ka-bobs, Fajitas, low country boil, ice cream, grilled corn, salads, fruit, steak sandwiches, lip licking chicken, BI-LO Bakery desserts, and so much more.
